Salt • 1 Tsp. Celery salt • 1 Tsp. Garlic Salt • ¼ Tsp. Black Pepper • ¼ Tsp. Red Pepper • 1 Tsp. White Pepper • 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice • 1/3 Cup BBQ Sauce • 1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce • 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce • 2 Tsp Meat Cure • Add up to 1/2 cup of water to cover jerky (if needed) Apple Cider Vinegar Marinade Recipe: • 1 lb Beef or Venison, cut into strips • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar • 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce • 2 Tbsp.
